How does someone access ICCS services?
The Sobering Centre program at Crescent House supports walk-up access to adults who meet the admittance criteria. People interested in using this service can refer to our helpful information page to see if they qualify. Support agencies in the community also refer people to these beds.
PROGRAMS ACCESSED BY REFERRAL
All other ICCS programs are accessed by referral from an Island Health team or via community triage committees working with BC Housing. Individuals are encouraged to contact BC Housing by phone or through their website. Access often begins with the Housing Registry.
