Ron Goerz
Ron Goerz is a leadership/business coach and coach trainer with 17 years experience guiding business owners and CEOs from the start-up stage through all stages of growth and challenge. Prior to starting his coaching practice, he owned an advertising agency and worked with several non-profit groups, industry associations and mid-sized to large companies. Ron’s specialties include strategic problem solving, employee leadership and development, management systems, strategic marketing, brand development, networking strategies, business-building strategies, effective leadership principles, time-saving organizational strategies, application of Christian biblical principles to business leadership, non-profit governance and management. Ron has an undergraduate degree in theology and a Master of Arts in Communication. He is also a certified trainer and affiliate with Consulting Resource Group International.
