Director of Operations


Michelle joined ICCS in 2010 to manage our first Supportive Recovery program and was promoted to an executive position two years later. She gained valuable experience in her front line position with the society and brings a client-centred perspective to the executive team.

Her focus as Director of Operations is to support Program Managers in the areas of client services, administration, technology, and facilities. Michelle is appreciated for her knowledge of the recovery process, her empathy, and her skill at organizing and clarifying systems and procedures. She is enthusiastic about empowering clients to achieve their goals by ensuring that staff have what they need to provide the highest quality of service.


  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Northwest Baptist Bible College
