Who is this Form for?

This form is for anyone with knowledge of serious wrongdoing by ICCS, an ICCS employee or volunteer, or anyone else who works for or carries out business with ICCS. Whistleblowing is different from a complaint. Whistleblowing is about disclosing information to protect others from harm including harm to the organization, workforce, public, or environment. On the other hand, personal complaints, regardless of their legitimacy, do not fall under the definition of whistleblowing and should be made through one of the other options listed on our Feedback Page .
